Frequently Asked Questions
When should I schedule my appointment?
- You should schedule your spray tan appointment TWO days before an event, and ONE day before vacation.
How should I prepare for my spray tan?
- Wax / Shave any unwanted body hair - Waxing should be completed at least 48 hours prior to your clients appointment and shaving should be completed with a razor that lacks a moisture strip.

- Exfoliate Entire Boday with a Kessa Mit - We advise against using a body scrub / loofah compbo as most are oil-based and will leave a residue that can effect your tan.

- Complete Manicure/Pedicure - If completed day-of tan, please forego any oils/lotions that your nail technician might apply on you. If completed

- Avoid Using Any Bar Soaps or Cream Based Body Washes - (Dove Specifically) Cream based body washes are known to leave a residue on the skin and will create a barrier that the tan can’t penetrate through. Any gel based body wash is encouraged. These will not interfere with the look of your tan.

- Complete Any Spa Facial / Massage Treatments - Spray tans should be the LAST beauty treatment scheduled before a big event.
